Ultimately we are trying to make it easier for you to schedule Express Service Online.

To schedule online please input your information below to get started. Check the appropriate “EXP” service option when you reach the SELECT SERVICES screen.

  • EXP – Full B Service
  • Express Pre-Paid Maintenance

On the “DATE AND TIME” screen please select the clock icon from the top right transportation drop down menu labeled

  • Waiting Express Svc (A & B Svc Only).
  • Dedicated Express Service by Mercedes-Benz Advisors
  • Two technicians working in tandem on your vehicle for expediency
  • Ability to complete minor repairs (e.g.: oil and filter change, light bulb replacement, wiper insert, etc.)
  • A complimentary multi-point inspection
  • Complimentary car wash

  • Comfortable lounge with cable TV, WIFI access, coffee bar, & complimentary refreshments
Our Express Service option is for clients that will wait at the dealership for their service to be completed. Express Service is for A & B Maintenance Services Only and does not allow for a loaner vehicle to be utilized during that time. If you require a loaner vehicle, shuttle service, or valet please select the appropriate transportation type from the drop down menu.
