Multiple service experiences have fallen far below expectations for a premium brand at an exceptionally high price. Over $700 for an oil change. Car was always returned dirtier than it arrived with oil handprints on hood and fender. I expect more from Mercedes Benz. Very disappointed.
I completed an online service appointment request explaining the specific issue I am experiencing with my vehicle and never got a response. I am all of a sudden getting emails from the dealership with regards to buying their vehicles. Not a great start at all.

Bad experience!!!! Sold car I was working with sales person on without being offered first right of refusal. Was told car was in shop and not available until next week but they sold to someone else!!!
This was the most present car buying experience I’ve had. They cared about my time, did what they could to process paperwork in a timely manner. Our sales guy (Chase) was great to work with, even with a couple interruptions, he got us out in about an hour.
They treat customers with respect and the prices are fair, I would recommend this business to my friends.

When purchasing a premium car I would expect premium service, but it was below average. I had to call for status multiple times. It took way too long for service( 4 days for a radio software upgrade) way too long. I'm very disappointed.

Great Experience - easy transaction. Ray Plasencia was easy to work with, honest, transparent. Spent a lot of time walking me through the entire vehicle and features at delivery. Hard to find GLE 450 without the third row.

Bought a new van there January of 2022 and it was supposed to be converted before being shipped and now I am having to pay the cost of getting it to a conversion shop next there was a recall of the van and I made an appointment to get it fixed at Loveland the day before the appointment they said I would either have to leave the van there 2 weeks or reschedule 8 weeks out - I called Westminster Mercedes they got me in after a couple days and it took 1.5 hours - go to Westminster Mercedes

Truly disappointed with the service we received. First available appointment was two months out for our first maintenance and cost $895 for your basic oil and fluids and check over. We also had them check on a passenger side heated seat which was not working. They said it was the motor and they would have to order it. We set up another appointment two weeks out for that service. We were very disappointed with the service on our s- class Mercedes Benz - the work was not complete when promised and the price was more than double the project fee.
After leasing the Benz for 42 months, I decided to take up the purchase option. Chase Albright handled the purchase, which included a safety check and detailing. The Mercedes looked brand new again.
